Subansiri lifts Gora Tamer memorial trophy

NAHARLAGUN, Nov 22: Subansiri United FC defeated Doimukh FC by 4-2 goals in the penalty shootout in the final of the 2nd Gora Tamer Memorial Tournament 2014 today at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium Naharlagun.  

Both the teams struggled to score but none could net a goal till the final minutes of the game leading to the penalty shootout.

The closing ceremony was attended by PHED Minister Takam Pario and Food and Civil Supplies, Legal Metrology and Consumer Affairs parliamentary Secretary Markio Tado.

 

8th NE Tamchon Football Tournament 2014

ITANAGAR, Nov 22: The day five of Northeast Tamchon football tournament 2014 witnessed four thrilling matches with eight teams fighting it out among themselves enthralling a huge 4000 plus spectators on the weekend.

In the first match Senapati FC beat Zeliangrong FC 0 – 1 goal. Jersey no. 7 scored the single goal in the 55th minute.

Jersey no. 2 Martin of Nirvana Rhinos FC netted the first goal in the 13th minute of the second match against Barhungkha Bodo FC, while jersey no 11 Cane put in another goal in the 52nd minute to seal the match. Number 11 Naithav of Barhungkha Bodo FC managed to score a single for his team in the 68th minute.    

SSPP FC beat Wung United FC by a single goal in the third match of the day. Number 7 Hausonpau scored the lone goal in the 43rd minute.

In the final match of the day, Nyishi FC thrashed Arunachal FC by 0-3 goals. Jersey number no. 14 scored two goals in the 25th and 36th minute and number 9 pumped in the final goals in the 43rd minute.

 

APSLSA  conducts legal literary classes at VKV

ITANAGAR,  Nov 22: Arunachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority (APSLSA) in collaboration with the Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Vivek Vihar, conducted a one-day legal literacy classes at the school’s meeting hall today for the students of classes 8 to 10 under its state plan of action - 2014-2015. More than 150 students attended the programme.

During the programme, talks on legal aid, availability of various legal services schemes, fundamental duties, national integration, Arunachal Pradesh Victim Compensation scheme 2011, sexual harassment, juvenile justice and child rights were given to the participating students by Budi Habung, District & Session Judge cum member secretary, State Legal Services Authority,  Dani Belo, OSD, Sunil Mow and Deepa Yoka, advocates.

Habung also highlighted the various aspects of legal services activities and the availability of free legal services.

The school principal in his address also underscored the important role that the legal services authority could play in this respect.

Brochures on legal aid, AP victim compensation scheme 2011 were distributed during the programme and a short film on domestic violence was shown to the students, according to an official release.

 

Railway workers meet DRM

ITANAGAR: The All Arunachal Section Divisional North Frontier Railway construction loading and Unloading Sramik Union (A.A.S.D.N.F Rly Const.) called on Ratanlal, the Divisional Railway Manager of the North East Frontier Railways of the Rangia Division on Nov 20 at Rangia to appraise him on the need to initiate goods train services to and from the state. It said that good trains are cost effective which would help the public.

Further, the union apprised him on the condition of the poor labours.

The DRM reportedly has assured to extend his all possible help for the development of the railway in Arunachal.

 

Modified DBTL from Jan 1

ITANAGAR, Nov 22: Government of India is going to launch DBTL (Direct Benefit Transfer of LPG) in the country from January 1, 2015.

The scheme was launched on June 1, 2013 and it covered 291 districts. It required the consumer to mandatorily have an Aadhaar number for availing LPG subsidy. The government has comprehensively reviewed the scheme and after examining the difficulties faced by the consumer substantively modified the scheme prior to launch. The modified scheme was launched in 54 districts of the country on Nov 15 in the 1st phase and it will be launched in the rest of the country on January 1 2015.

 

Citizens to keep a tab on road expenses

AALO, Nov 22: Fed up with the deplorable internal and external road connectivity to district

headquarter, people are determined this time to closely monitor the construction of road, CC Drains and culverts within the sanctioned amount of Rs. 10 crores for the township.  

In a coordination meeting held under the Chairmanship of ADC cum Estate Officer T. Talom, it has been made categorical that any obstruction coming in the way of construction should be removed by the concerned individuals. Participating in the discussion, former Minister Kento Ete and former MLA Talong Taggu said that the works has to go as per the specifications in the DPR to ensure quality of works.

The meeting decided that committees at various sectors and organizational level should be taken into confidence before any payments to the contractors.  

Administration needs to take bold steps and public should give the required support to the administration for all such good causes, they opined.

The Executive Engineer PHED, Er. Toni Ete said that space should also be created for laying pipelines  as per the DPR and individuals dragging pipes from the road should obtain permission from the PWD and offender should be reported to PHED for action. The DLR&SO disclosed that the space for road requirements have been reduced to minimum level to enhance facilitation of development works and to avoid damages of properties. (DIPRO)

 

Blood donation camp

ITANAGAR, Nov 22: A blood donation camp was organised by the Galo Students' Union (apex) in collaboration with the Ramle Banggo students union and GSU, JNC unit under the chairmanship of Chige Boje, at General Hospital Pasighat on Nov 22. Large number of participants voluntarily took part in the programme.

Upper Ramle Banggo ZPM Takir Kakki and former ASM Ziryum Kakki also took part in the program and encouraged the participants to voluntarily donate blood on regular basis. Earlier in the day, a power point presentation was held for the participants in the hospital premises to highlight the importance of donating blood.

The whole programme was held under the supervision and active support from Dr.Y.Ringu Darang, Medical Superintendent, Pasighat General Hospital and was coordinated by Dr. Gegong Jongkey and Dr. Kaling Jerang.

A total of 30 units of blood were donated.  The union also assured to organize more such camps in the near future.

 

Career Guidance Programme

ITANAGAR, Nov 22: Career Guidance Programme at Rang-Frah Government College Changlang, organised an Interactive Career Guidance programme for the students on 22nd Nov.

The objective was to make the students aware of various career opportunities that lay open for them to choose from.

Resource person for the event Bamin Tarang, Circle Officer of Khimyang, Ngayi Tato Agriculture Development Officer and J. P. Bora Assistant Director of Textile & Handicrafts shared their views on choosing right prospective professions and counsel them to decide early what career one is going to opt for in future.

They provided information on various schemes and self-help assistance to participants and urge them to avail those avenues.

More than 50 students participated in the programme.

Dr. Kamki Megu, the Principal of the college encouraged the initiative of the cell and urged the students to make best use of such programmes in future as well.

Further, Nending Butung, the Coordinator of the Guidance Cell announced One Day Soft-Skills Development Programme to be organised soon.

 

AAPLU organize Swachch Bharat Abhiyan at ASH

ITANAGAR, Nov 22: More than hundred members of All Arunachal Pradesh Labour Union (AAPLU) led by its president, Dana Tadu participated in a mass social service at Arunachal State Hospital (ASH), Naharlagun today.

During the cleanliness drive, the members cleaned the drains, cleared bushes and collected garbage from all corners of the hospital. They also cleaned the hospital premises and disposed the accumulated waste materials.

Meanwhile, the president has urged all the public, students and government employees to voluntary participate in such cleanliness drive for a healthy environment. He also appealed to maintain hygienic

environment in all the surrounding; especially places like hospitals, government offices, schools and public places.

 

MLA distributes CGI sheet to fire victims

KHONSA, Nov 22: Khonsa West MLA Tirong Aboh distributed 50 number each of CGI sheets to the fire victims of Moktowa village. The Moktowa village is 58 kms away from Khonsa.

While consoling the fire victims, Aboh suggested the villagers to avoid construction of houses in close distances to ensure minimum damage in event of such incidents. The MLA also appreciated the district administration, Khonsa for immediate cash relief of Rs.15,000 each to the 8 fire victims and Rs.1,900 each to 5 houses damaged during the fire accident.

ITANAGAR, Nov 22: State Resource Centre for Adult Education, Naharlagun conducted the Master Trainers Training of District Coordinators between Nov 10-22, where fifty five participants from Kurung Kumey, Tawang, Anjaw, Tirap, Changlang and Lower Dibang Valley took part as these districts have been identified as low Female Literacy Districts.

They were oriented about Saakshar Bharat Mission, Financial and Legal Literacy as a part of Inter personal Media Campaign under the Saakshar Bharat Mission.

West Kameng Indigenous Festival begins with traditional fervour

BOMDILA, Nov 22: The three-day West Kameng Indigenous Festival 2014 started with traditional rituals at Buddha Stadium here today. The festival being organized under the aegis of West Kameng Indigenous People’s Society (WKIPS) with the theme ‘Unity in diversity’ brought various tribes of West Kameng District under one roof.

Addressing the festive revelers, Home Minister Tanga Byaling spoke about the importance of hard labour over being a mere believer of God. He said following any religion without hard labour will not do any good. Also, congratulating the organizing committee, he urged everyone to take such festival as an opportunity for learning different facets of any religion, custom and language etc. The chilling and silent town of Bomdila witnessed huge numbers of people thronging at the celebration ground in various traditional attires. People in tribal attires of Bugun, Sartang, Monpa, Sherdukpen, Aka and Miji showed the diverse tribes and cultures of the district. The festival also became a delight for the foreign tourists who got a chance to taste traditional cuisines at the various food stalls during the celebration.

While apprising that “Localization is the best form of globalization”, Jambey Wangdi, Chairman, Department of Karmik and Adhyamik Studies (DOKA) urged people concerned to correct the distorted names of the places; such as terming the famous Madhuri Lake at Tawang to its local name Sangetsar Lake, Lungla instead of Lumla etc. Wangdi requested for an increment in the allocation of funds for DOKA for the future benefits of the people residing in the area.

Local MLAs of the District and patrons for the festival, Deputy Speaker T N Thungdok, Parliamentary Secretary PHE & Water Supply Kumsi Sidisow and Japu Deru stressed on the need for preservation of identify of indigenous tribes and their traditions.

Earlier, Engineer Bony Sakrinsow, Chairman WKIPS in his welcome speech requested the legislatures present for including the festival in the calendar events of the state while General Secretary, Passang Dingla thanked everyone for making the inaugural day a successful one and appealed for the further future cooperation.

DC Bomdila A.K. Singh who is also the chief advisor of the festival, SP Bomdila Surendre Kumar, XVIII Madras Regiment jawans along with other bureaucrats and dignitaries were also present on the occasion. The Chief Patron MoS Home, Kiren Rijiju, however could not make it to the festival.

 

 

Lawmakers advocate setting up of drug testing lab

ITANAGAR, Nov 22: BJP MLA Tage Taki has advocated immediate setting up of drug testing laboratory (DTL) and drug warehouse to improve the health care delivery system and safety of patients in Arunachal Pradesh.

Addressing the Arunachal Pharmacists Convention here the BJP MLA from Ziro supported both the demands of India Pharmacist Revolution convener Amitav Joyprakash Choudhury and asked the Health and Family Welfare (H&FW) department to prepare proposals for him to move the Central ministry as the people's agent.

Such facilities would help control 900 pharmaceutical shops to provide safe medicines to the patients, he said.

Confederation of Services Association of Arunachal Pradesh secretary general Pate Marik rued that pharmacists are given least importance in the state though they mitigate human sufferings. He exhorted the pharmacists to discharge their duties sincerely as 'Rights and duties go hand in hand'.  

"We want all health facilities to overcome the shortcomings but unable to influence Delhi. Help in availing all facilities as an activist in the interest of state,”  H&FW director Dr Kartik Nishing told Choudhury and lauded him for his effort to set up first pharmaco vigilance centre in Arunachal State Hospital.

India represents the third largest pharmaceutical industry in the world, said H&FW (Medical research & training) director Dr Moji Jini and wondered if the medicines are affordable and their quality reliable?  

Hinting at dismal state of affairs, Arunachal Registered Pharmacists' Association (ARPA) general secretary Tade Dui said that there are only 197 pharmacists against 825 health centres including 566 sub-centers (which are manned by the pharmacists in the absence of doctors) through there are 206 unemployed pharmacists in the state.

The convention was organised by the Indian Pharmacist Revolution in collaboration with the ARPA. PTI

 

 

Adventure sports draw huge crowd on second day of Panyor river festival

YAZALI, Nov 22: White Water Rafting and Paragliding were the main crowd pullers among various adventure sports on the second day of the Panyor River Festival being held here today.  

A bee line of enthusiastic adventure sports  lovers, irrespective of young  and old, who wanted to have a life-time experience of river rafting could be seen from early morning  at the starting point of the about 3 km long rafting course of Panyor river.

Flying at a high altitude like a bird is always a breathtaking one and that is why Paragliding, like previous year, remains the most sought after event of this festival.

There is also arrangement for Trap Shooting. The visitors can test their aim by paying Rs.250 per shot. There is also another adventure sports called Flying Fox. This is a rope sport practically used for rescue operation during disaster like earthquake, flood, fire etc, said Yomjum Yomgam, chairman of Young Mission Adventure Club.

While visiting the food stalls, which are, of course, part and parcel of such kind of festival everywhere in Arunachal Pradesh, the visitors can taste the flavors of local cuisines served by pretty women and girls paying a little more than the expected cost.

There are also angling equipments and various essential household items are on the sale.

Local bands from Itanagar, singers and cultural troupes from various parts of the state enlivened the musical night with their melodious songs and dances on Friday lasting until midnight.

Domestic as well as tourists from neighbouring states and foreign countries are still flocking to the festival ground in large numbers and bringing smiles to the organizers.

 

 

Role of media vital in maintaining peace: Manipur CM

IJU meet begins to discuss journalists’ issues

IMPHAL, Nov 22: Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh has hailed the role of journalists in maintaining peace and development in the sensitive border state. Terming journalists’ role vital like a constructive opposition for healthy functioning of democracy, Singh said his government is committed to take several steps for the growth and welfare of journalism and media in the state. He was addressing journalists after inaugurating the three day national executive council meet of Indian Journalist Union (IJU) at 1st Manipur Rifles Complex here today.

Singh’s comment comes at a time when media persons in Manipur are subjected to frequent attacks and threats from militant groups.

Dwelling on issues raised by Manipuri journalists, Singh said his government will soon implement the Supreme Court’s recommendations relating to Majithia Wage Board. The IJU had been actively pursuing employment security and minimum wage for working journalists in coordination with its state units across the country.

He also appreciated the role played by the media in informing public about all positive aspects as well as flaws of his government for inclusive progress. The Chief Minister also highlighted the importance of maintaining peace in Manipur, especially in the wake of the centre’s Look East policy making the state the focal point for India’s relation with South East Asia. The Manipur government, it is informed has already increased journalist pension fund to retiring journalists from Rs 2 Lakhs to Rs 5 Lakhs besides setting up a Press Academy to produce and uplift the quality of journalists and media in the state. As demanded by the AMWJU, land for building a press housing colony has also been identified near Imphal and would come up soon.

Earlier, IJU president SN Sinha presented a brief on the union’s activities and appealed to all the state governments to form a tripartite committee to look into the demands raised by the journalists as recommended recently by the Apex Court.

The state social welfare department minister AK Mirabai, IJU president SN Sinha, Secretary general Devulanalli Amar besides All Manipur Working Journalists’ Union (AMWJU) W Shamjai also attended the inaugural function. Arunachal Press Club and Arunachal Pradesh Union of Working Journalist are being represented by Taba Ajum, advisor APC.

Over 150 journalists from 20 states have converged at the state capital for the meet. The event coincides with the annual Manipur Sangai Festival and 8th Manipur International Polo organized to promote the state’s art, culture and ethnic games. Polo originated from this erstwhile kingdom bordering Myanmar.

 

 

NERCORMP’s participatory rural appraisal begins

JAIRAMPUR, Nov 22: The North Eastern Region Community Resource Management Project (NERCORMP) organized a daylong participatory rural appraisal (PRA) at Kovin - one of the oldest villages in Changlang district today.

PRA is the first phase of the life-changing project, informed NERCORMP business development officer (district support team) Nanju Tikhak. He said it would enable people to understand the social status and natural resources of the villages, and that development projects would be designed based on their input.

The PRA will be followed by constituting a Natural Management Resource Group (NaRM-G) and an SHG. The NaRM-G will have two members, a male and a female, from a house, whereas the SHG will have only female members from as many households.

Most significantly, all the development activities will be designed and implemented according to the demand of that particular village, Tikhak added. "The first phase of the PRA exercise will cover 7 villages out of a total of 36. After concluding the first phase, the exercise will be extended to the remaining villages," he said.

Anchal Samiti chairperson Nobinkam Tikhak, who was also present, said: "It’s a ray of hope for the people of Kovin and we believe that through this programme a definite change will take place for the betterment of the village."

Internal auditor Algi Nilling and partner NGO AMYAA’s secretary Paul Chawang are also members of the team leading the exercise.

 

 

Arunachal awarded as best state in employment generation

ITANAGAR, Nov 22: The Department of Skill Development & Employment Generation is awarded as “India”s Best Project-2014” for implementation of Skill Development & Employment Generation in the state for the benefit of the youth – mostly for less educated and school dropout youth by Skoch Group, (a renowned Research and Consultancy Group), New Delhi.

Department of Skill Development & Employment Generation Director, Subu Tabin received the award on behalf of state Govt from Union Minister for Urban Development, Parliamentary Affairs etc. Venkaiah Naidu in an award giving ceremony held at New Delhi yesterday. Ashok Chawla, Chairman, Competition Commission of India, Hemant Contractor, Chairman, PFRDA and galaxy of dignitaries were present on the occasion.

“This is just a beginning of recognition of our constant effort and endeavor to improve the skill of the youth so that they can access into the job market to find suitable jobs and advent to self-employment ventures with confidence under constant and regular guidance of Chief Minister Nabam Tuku and Parliamentary Secretary (Industries/Skill Dev.) Er.Tatung Jamoh,” delighted Tabin said.

Job mela-cum-skill development trainee’s selection rally at Itanagar started in August 2013 and subsequently job–melas are being held in district level throughout the state. Record number of 14012 youth got registered which is 1% of state’s population. This has created a phenomenon throughout the country. Infact representatives from many other states visited Arunachal to have a close interaction with officials to know the secret of success and also emulated the success story of Arunachal.

It is worthwhile to mention that 3rd leg of District Level Job Mela-cum- Skill Development Trainee’s Motivation and Selection Rally are going on which started from Khonsa on 18th of this month and it will cover all the districts in the state. 28 Vocational Training Providers (VTP) are taking part. Tabin appealed all stakeholders to create awareness and motivate among the youth avail the golden opportunities.

The Department is also going to organize skill development training/capacity buildings for international border districts at district level under Border Area Development Programme (BADP). For the first time the training shall be conducted by the professional resource person by professional VTPs at their doorstep, according to an official release.

 

 

India and Myanmar: Together the way ahead

ROING, Nov 22: Former MP and ex-MLA of Roing, Laeta Umbrey was selected as part of a team of 16 delegates from India for a Conference in Yangon on the future of the Indo- Myanmar relations held on November 21 and 22.

Themed ‘India and Myanmar: Together the way ahead’, the conference was organized by India Foundation along with Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies (MSIS), Yangon, Institute of Transnational Studies, Germany and Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Institute of Asian Studies (MAKAIAS).

“The conference was predominantly to discuss the post visit of Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi in Myanmar, and future of Indo – Myanmar relations which is of international reputation. The opportunity offered to me was a sheer motive of Prime Minster to give a uniform representation from this far eastern most part of India and to show the world the multi racial and cultural diversity of Indian Union”, informed Umbrey from New Delhi earlier.

The purpose of this conference was to assemble academics, politicians, civil servants and social activists for a day and half to discuss and debate the way forward for the India Myanmar relations across all dimensions: Security, Economic Growth, Regional Integration and Social Development.

As per reports, with a new government in New Delhi it is important that the Indo-Myanmar relations are relooked afresh and a blueprint developed on the way forward for the two countries. Policy makers in New Delhi are seeking inputs in their framing of policies vis a vis Myanmar and India Foundation and its partners believe that now is an opportune time to provide value added inputs from civil society in such policy formulation.

This conference being held in Myanmar for the important reason that the local intelligentsia, political class and the government is sensitized on the Indian interests in the region. It is esteemed vital to build greater consensus between these two potential partners and develop new ideas on how the two countries can co-operate for furtherance of their larger strategic and developmental interests. ABK unit bans forceful donations in East Siang

ITANAGAR, Nov 22: The Adi Baane Kebang East Siang district unit has banned all forms of donations in the district and stated of seriously dealing with anyone found collecting any donations.

The ABK district unit in an executive meeting on Nov 20 at Pasighat took the decision to take stock of the complaints of rampant forceful donations by many organisations and unions in East Siang.

While expressing deep anguish on the issue, a release stated that, it has been brought to notice that many unscrupulous individuals, parties, student’s organisations and unions both from and outside the district are forcefully collecting donations from govt. departments, officers, officials, public, businessmen, construction agencies, power developers and so on with malafide intensions. Due to such practices, many businessmen have complained about their inability to carry forward their assigned contracts works in East Siang district. Many of them are either in panic or want to leave the area leaving aside the developmental works half done for mental torture and security reasons, it added.

The meeting also took serious note of the tender and supply works where local qualified contractors, businessmen and youths are not getting any benefits while contractors from outside are taking up the opportunities.

Accordingly, the ABK unit has called upon all Heads of Departments of State and the district to give preference to the local eligible contractors from the district while awarding tender and contract works. It stated that any discrimination if found and reported would not be tolerated which would be monitored by the ABK unit for the interest of the people of East Siang.

Further, it requested all business houses operating in East Siang district to cooperate with ABK and adhere to the decision. Assuring protection to all business communities, contractors and suppliers of the district for building quality developmental activities in the district, ABK unit called for communicating directly to the ABK district executive members if any problem arose.

 

 

Poor ATM service issue figured in review meeting of bank officers

PASIGHAT, Nov 22: District level Consultation Committee (DCC) and District Level Review Committee (DLRC) meeting for the bankers was held here yesterday. The meeting was presided over by East Siang Deputy Commissioner Nidhi Srivastava and was attended by BM Kori, AGM (RBI) Guwahati, HC Miri, Chief Manager lead Bank, Itanagar, BMs of all the banks of Pasighat and officers of line departments.

Discussing various financial helps rendered to the beneficiaries by the banks under Govt. scheme, Nidhi Srivastava exhorted all the bankers to improve their services for more benefit to the people.

“There are real challenges in the fields. They have to be sorted out at such forums and if required they should be referred to higher up for proper solution” said the DC. He emphasized on completion of household survey under Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna within the time frame and people of remote areas have to be encouraged to open accounts.

Expressing her dismay at the non-functioning of ATMs in the township, the DC directed all the banks to maintain the ATMs for 24x7 service so that people do not suffer. Lack of security personnel should not be an excuse, she said and assured for all support and co-operation. She informed that 500 sqm land has been allotted for RCT.

The representative of the banks put forward their limitations and assured to take steps for service improvement.

Regarding the erratic ATM service, they informed that technician take days to come and set them right. They wanted that the target for financing schemes should be realistic. They also informed that the repayment rate is very unsatisfactory.

BM Kori and HC Miri opined that loan on various sector should be discussed in details for proper assessment. “Good notes should be circulated in the market and from 2015, the notes which were printed before 2005 will be withdrawn,” they informed. They also wanted that the subsidy amount to be clearly specified for each schemes by the departments. They also called for improvement of ATM services by all the banks and the progress report to be submitted to DC within 15 days. DIPRO

 

 

KVK and SB demonstrates self- propelled paddy reaper machine

PASIGHAT, Nov 22:  The Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), East Siang, College of Horticulture and Forestry, Central Agricultural University, Pasighat in collaboration with M/s Siang Biotech (SB), Pasighat, conducted a demonstration programme on feasibility of harvesting paddy using self propelling paddy reaper machines at Ayeng and Runne village here in East Siang yesterday and today in the presence of several farmers.

The first hand demonstration was conducted at farmer’s field at an area of 1 acre where it was observed that the machine saves 50 percent labour, 90 percent operating time and 50 percent on cost of operation compared to traditional and conventional method of harvesting with sickle.

During the interaction, expert from the KVK  imparted knowledge to the farmer’s regarding the paddy reaper machine and needs of selective machinery especially for paddy cultivation in the district, when seeking solutions for the problems like drudgery, high production cost, low cropping intensity and above all the labour scarcity. It is feasible to reduce the cost of harvesting operation of paddy by mechanization to almost half the cost of manual harvesting. Speaking on the sideline of the demonstration, Bharatiya Kishan Sangh Arunachal Unit, President Takali Tamuk said that, this machine is very useful and appealed the state government to include this reaper machine into their subsidy category. He also said that, this machine has multiple uses like reaping mustard, papor etc.

The demand for its field demonstration cropped up after this machine was displayed during the four-day long just concluded North-East Agri Fair held at CHF, Pasighat by the various farmers of the district.
